We collect information about you to process your ticket order, through our ticketing partner who manages your payment, and if you agree, to email you about the event and forthcoming events that we think you may be interested in.

If you have purchased a ticket as a full member of ShareSoc (or other such organisation) we reserve the right to confirm membership but will not share your contact details with them. We never give your details to third parties (including partners and exhibitors) to use your data to enable them to provide you with information.

Marketing
We would like to send you information about future events which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have the right to stop us contacting you for marketing purposes at any time. If you no longer wish to be contacted, please email georgina@melloevents.com.
