Q. I am an Annual Passholder and I have forgotten the password. How do I find/reset it?
A. The password can be found in any of the emails from ‘Mello Team’ which contain the links and videos.
Q. When does my Annual Pass expire?
A. Annual Passes expire either on 31st October 2021 or 30th March 2022. Please check your email receipt when you purchased your Annual Pass or the mailshot dated 2nd September which details the date of expiry. We will email all Annual Pass holders weeks before regarding renewal.
