Q. I am an Annual Passholder and I have forgotten the password.  How do I find/reset it? 

A. The password can be found in any of the emails from ‘Mello Team’ which contain the links and videos.

Q.  When does my Annual Pass expire?

A. Annual Passes expire either on 31st October 2024 or 31st April 2024.  We will email all Annual Pass holders weeks before regarding renewal.
