Company presentation – Time Finance

 
Time Finance plc provides finance to UK businesses helping them fund their businesses. It offers a multi-product range of funding solutions with a core focus on asset, loan and invoice finance. While focussed on being an ‘own-book’ lender and lending from its own balance sheet, it does retain the ability to broke-on deals where appropriate, enabling it to optimize business levels through market and economic cycles.

Ed Rimmer, Group CEO, has worked within commercial finance for well over 25 years holding many senior roles, including UK CEO of Bibby Financial Services. Ed has been involved with Time since 2017 having previously been Managing Director of the Invoice Finance Division and, more latterly, Group COO. Ed became Group CEO in June 2021.

James Roberts, CFO, qualified as an accountant with PwC and has worked in financial services for well over 20 years. He has held leadership positions with several AIM listed companies and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions within fast-paced, growing businesses. James joined Time Finance as its CFO in May 2017.

Company Presentation – Hercules Site Services plc

Hercules Site Services is a leading tech enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors. Founded in 2008, Hercules has an established track-record of profitability and fast-growth and has built a blue-chip customer base which includes Balfour Beatty, Costain, Kier, Skanska, Dyer & Butler and Volker Fitzpatrick. The company has been appointed to provide labour for a range of high-profile infrastructure projects, including HS2, due to its agile, innovative, digital first approach and complete service offering. It is well-placed to benefit from any government and private equity increase in infrastructure spending and its experienced management team has identified multiple opportunities for growth.

Brusk Korkmaz, CEO & Founder

Brusk Korkmaz has worked in the construction industry for 20 years. Prior to founding Hercules in 2008, he held positions with MJ Gleeson, Black and Veatch and Hochtief UK, gaining experience across a range of civil engineering projects and labour supply for various sectors, including highways, rail, water industry and utilities. He is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and holds a BEng Honours Degree from University College London.

Paul Wheatcroft, CFO

Paul Wheatcroft has spent 25 years as a Finance Director working in a number of industry sectors including construction, building materials, energy, wholesale, manufacturing. He joined Hercules in February 2020 and brings with him significant business experience in M&A, raising finance and financial management. Previously, Paul was Finance Director in three subsidiaries of Hanson PLC for over 13 years, and Group Finance Director of Ecotricity Group, a green energy company for eight years, responsible in all these roles for financial, legal, HR and IT matters. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

REACT Group plc is the UK’s leading specialist and contract cleaning business. A consistent business performer

A strong consistent performer year after year, with 87% contracted recurring revenue, an average organic growth rate of 24% per year over the last 4-years, converting 43% of its gross margin into £2.3m of operating profit for year ending 30th September 2023, which in-turn generated a free cashflow of £2.1m and an FCF yield of just over 14%.

REACT Group operates with three divisions: LaddersFree, one of the largest commercial window cleaning businesses in the UK; Fidelis Contract Services (“Fidelis”), a contract cleaning and facilities maintenance business; and REACT business, which primarily provides a solution to emergency and specialist cleaning situations, both through long-term framework agreements and on an ad-hoc basis

Spencer Dredge, Chief Financial Officer 

Appointed January 2024, following a 5-month period working within the business on transformation projects. Spencer is a seasoned finance professional and a chartered management accountant with significant experience operating in mid-sized UK and global businesses

Shaun Doak, Chief Executive Officer

Appointed February 2020 having joined the group in March 2019 as Managing Director of REACT Specialist Cleaning with a proven track record of growing businesses in the specialist cleaning, facilities management and HVAC services sectors.
