Mello returns to the Clayton Hotel in May for the annual three-day event, from Tuesday 24th May to Thursday 26th May.  With over 800 Private Investors and 30 Trusts & Funds and 60 AIM listed companies. This is a ticket only, midweek event and delegates are engaged investors who are really interested in the companies attending. They tend to have a long-term investment perspective and in the era of social media, many of them are very influential.
Mello 2022 will also be the first of its kind as we launch a hybrid style event, with both physical and virtual attendees. During the pandemic, we launched MelloMondays, a virtual event hosted via zoom webinars. These events have and continue to attract 500 attendees and we now have a total of 800 annual passholders. You’ll have a stand in the Exhibitor area plus a presentation slot, which you can choose to be filmed if you wish.

Only wish to present without having a stand?  We can offer a presentation slot so you can make the most of your time and network with investors informally.

Want to meet investors but don’t want to present? We are happy to offer a stand with lots of opportunity for you to meet investors.

Presenter FAQs

A. The doors open to investors at 9am and close at 6pm.  We ask exhibitors to be set up by 8.45am.  Companies can gain access from 7am to set up.

A. You will be provided with a covered 6 foot by 2 foot table and 2 chairs. There will be space for pop up banners. Companies usually bring marketing material and 2 sets of accounts.

A. Yes, there are 90 car parking spaces on-site and it costs £2.20 per hour & £17 overnight. Spaces are on a first come basis.

A.  Presentation slot will be approx 35 minutes in length to include at least 10 minutes of Q&A.  You can choose your preference between a morning session (9am to 12.30pm) or an afternoon session (1pm to 6pm) for the presentation and you can also choose between two slots in smaller rooms or one slot in a larger room, subject to availability. We will be able to advise on what would be appropriate.

A. Presentation rooms seat between 40 and 80.

A. Please send the presentation by Powerpoint or PDF by 12pm Friday 20th May 2022 so that it can be pre-loaded on to the laptop in the room. Please let us know if videos are embedded in the Powerpoint. If you cannot send it by 20th, please bring on USB.

A. We don’t require presenters to bring hard copies of presentations but you are welcome if you would like to and quite a few companies do. If you wanted to send them in advance to the hotel, you can do, please send them to

A. We will try to accommodate any time restrictions/travel arrangements, please do let us know if you are arriving at a certain time or leaving at a certain time. Presenters will be given an approximate presenting time when the invoice is sent, but the time is subject to slight amendment.
